Christmas Wishes and Accountant Kisses is a romantic novella written by Madelyn Smith. This is book twelve in the Letters to Mrs. Claus series, but all of the books do standalone and are written by different authors.
Summary: Wyatt’s new neighbor Rebekah is beautiful, charming, funny, and dislikes Christmas just as much as Wyatt does.
But the more time they spend together, the more Wyatt realizes that Christmas isn’t so bad-especially when you can spend it with someone you love.
My Thoughts: This book is wonderful. It is well-written, I really liked the characters, and the love story is very sweet.
I absolutely loved the banter too. So many quick-witted comments that made me laugh. My favorite is how they keep changing the nicknames they give each other in their texts back and forth-so funny.
This is definitely a book I will re-read, and I highly recommend purchasing it. I can’t say enough great things about it!
I would like to thank Madelyn for including me on her ARC team in exchange for receiving a free digital copy of this book. Thank you!

29 NovKid Craft Friday-Pillows
28 NovI saw a video on Instagram where they took double-sided cloth placemats from the Dollar Tree and turned them into pillows.
Basically, all you have to do is take a few of the stitches out creating a pocket in between the two cloth layers.
You add stuffing and then sew the two layers back together.
The samples looked so cute, and I knew The Little Guy would love to make some.
So, I picked up four placemats, and here is what he made (two for himself, and two to add to my Christmas decorations):
This was such an easy craft, and the pillows turned out so cute!
Well, that’s it for today.
Have a great one!
Card Wednesday-Christmas Card Day 5!
26 NovIt’s day five in my 2025 Christmas card series.
For today’s cards, I pulled from my stash of partially-made cards.
I found two and completed them.
Here are my cards:
Supplies: Patterned Paper: Carta Bella; Dies: Lawn Fawn (penguin, stitched rectangle, stitched hillside), Spellbinders (stars, presents), Hello Bluebird (merry); Sentiment Stamp and Die: Waffle Flower; Other: Tree Die
It was nice to complete a few more of these leftover cards and get the pieces out of my stash!
Well, that’s it for today.
Have a great one!
Layout-Flight Time
25 NovI don’t make a ton of layouts, but every year around National Scrapbooking Day I make a point to create a few layouts.
I love the challenges A Cherry on Top has for National Scrapbooking Day, and it’s fun to challenge myself to participate in as many as possible.
This year I created nine layouts, which is definitely a record for me!
This is not one I made for any particular challenge, but I did make it in May.
Normally, I share these layouts over the summer, but time has definitely gotten away from me.
Better late than never, though!
Here is another one I made:
Supplies: Patterned Paper and Stickers: Echo Park; Puffy Stickers: Elle’s Studio
That’s it from me today, but I will be posting more layouts in the future.
Have a great one!
