This was another recipe I tried for New Year’s Day.
I found a video on YouTube on how to make palmiers.
The recipe looked so easy I had to give it a try.

These were really delicious, and very simple to make (only three ingredients!)
They are perfect for a special breakfast or holiday, and I will definitely be making them again.
The only tricky part is to make sure you don’t cook them too long-they burn really easily because of all the sugar.
