Card Monday-Step It Up

Today I am sharing a project I made for the CutCardStock.com IG Influencer Team for August.

For today’s cards I decided to do something a little different.

I wanted to make stepped-up card designs with card stock as the main focus.

First, I made a very clean and simple card:

Then I used the same card design but added additional strips of card stock:

I stepped up the design once more to create a card with a pocket for a gift card on the front:

Supplies: Stamp: Heffy Doodle; Dies: WRMK (circles), Lawn Fawn (stitched journaling card set)

I used the following card stock colors from CutCardstock.com: Lessebo Navy Blue, Lessebo Sunset Orange, Pop Tone Gumdrop Green, and DCS Amaranth Pink.

Well, that’s my project for today.

It was fun to get creative and come up with a few different designs using minimal products, and I hope you are inspired to try something similar.
