Today’s cards were inspired by another challenge from the Online Card Classes Holiday Card Workshop.
I used a little mixed media and lots of washi.
I love how they turned out!
Supplies: Glitter Paper: American Crafts; Die (border): Lawn Fawn; Stencil, Black and White Washi: Tim Holtz; Punch (tree): Paper Shapers; Glitter Paste: Nuvo; Matte Medium: DecoArt; Misc.: Red and Gold Washi; Card Stock
To make these, I adhered washi to cardstock and applied matte medium to make sure it didn’t peel up.
After it dried, I die cut panels, then applied glitter paste through a stencil.
Finally, I punched out my trees, and then adhered everything together.
There were a lot of steps, but I really like these, and they were a great way to use up some washi!
That’s today’s cards!
I will be back tomorrow with another one!
