Christmas Card 48

23 Dec

This card is very similar to yesterday’s-with a little twist.  The Boy is in LOVE with hot chocolate.  You know the scene from The Polar Express with the hot chocolate?  He can be heard going around the house chanting that song.  Anyway, I thought for a twist on his card, it would be fun to have the yeti drinking some hot chocolate, and piling up all the leftover cups.  Notice I even added some hot chocolate to his face.  🙂
Here is how it turned out:

Supplies: Card Stock: MFT (Snow Cone), Studio Calico (Gray), Recollections (White), Unknown (Green); Stamps (MFT, Hero Arts); Dies: MFT, Lawn Fawn; Cut Files: Lori Whitlock; Spinner Discs: MFT; Markers: Spectrum Noir, Sharpie, Copic, Wink of Stella; Other: Foam Tape

I added Wink of Stella to the scarf and the snow on the trees and mountains for a little sparkle.

If you would like to see how I made this card, please see all the details on yesterday’s card, as they are basically the same set-up.

These cards definitely took a while to make, but they sure are fun!  🙂

Stay tuned-tomorrow I will be sharing The Girlio’s card-the final one for 2016!
