Guest Designer Post #3-A Card

18 Nov

For my third guest designer project for Simple Pleasures, I made a card:

Card Project
Supplies:
Papers from the Echo Park This and That Graceful collection
White textured card stock
Brown and cream fibers/ribbon
Liquid adhesive
Silhouette
Instructions:
1. Die cut a card base from the white cardstock. (I used my Silhouette, and the Overlap rings lace background single fold square card file.)
2. Freehand cut circles out of the B sides of Quilt, Lace, and Border strips, and adhere to the back of the circles of white card stock.
3.  Trim the B side of Bingo to fit on the inside of the front card base, and adhere.  Cut another piece of the same paper, and adhere to the inside of the card so that the B side shows behind the circles, and also on the inside of the card.

4. Die cut the word “thanks” from Dk Pink Mint Solid paper (I used my Silhouette, Pacifico font) and adhere to the front of the card.

5. Tie fibers in a knot along the spine of the card.

And there you have it!
Thank you Cathy for having me as a guest designer for these three projects-I enjoyed playing with all these products!
