Paper Variety Color Challenge!

10 Aug

While color challenges can be a bit intimidating, this one spoke to me right away!

The challenge is to use the following colors:

You can use little bits of neutrals on your project as well, but mainly, it should be these colors.

So, here is my project:

Supplies: Paper: Echo Park; Frame and Lemonade Mist: Studio Calico; Letters: Pink Paislee; Flowers: Petaloo and Bazzill; Brads: Bo Bunny; Silhouette

These colors just screamed tropical to me, so I made a little framed piece of two of my favorite pictures from our Hawaiian honeymoon.  I misted the top two flowers and the wooden letters, cut the slits in the green paper with my Silhouette machine, and added two mini photos.  This piece is going right above my scrappy desk-I love how it turned out!

Now-it’s YOUR turn!  Check out the challenge here and play along for the chance to win a $20 gift certificate from:

Go for it ladies-can’t wait to see what you come up with!  🙂
